Sessions

• Sessions last 50 minutes

• Cost: £60 per session

• Concessions may be available

Payment

• Payment required before or at session

• Accepted methods to be discussed 

Cancellations

• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required

• Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged

Confidentiality

Sessions are confidential with exceptions:

• Risk of harm

• Safeguarding

• Legal requirement

Contact between sessions

• Limited contact outside sessions

• Not a crisis service

Ending therapy

You are free to end counselling at any time.​
